So we all have to agree the housing market bubble has burst. Now there are many people that get all gloom and doom, but think about it for a minute… Really just a new trend has emerged. Selling to investors that want to cash in on the ever decreasing price of homes. One way to ensure you get phenominal deals in real estate these days is buying in bulk.
